Adam de Turberville has extensive experience defending and advising clients on criminal law matters. Mr. de Turberville represents clients in a wide range of situations involving the Criminal Code including: impaired driving, assault, drug charges and other criminal matters. His legal services range from representing clients at pre-trial appearances and bail hearings, advising clients regarding trial strategy and conducting plea bargaining negotiations where appropriate, through the conduct of trials, and beyond to post-trial issues such as probation, sentencing issues and obtaining pardons. In addition to defence work, Mr. de Turberville regularly provides advice to clients who are required to testify in criminal cases or who are themselves victims of crime.
