 Nicole Smith - Associate
Nicole practices in the areas of civil litigation, commercial litigation, and family law, with a focus on a client-centered approach to resolving disputes.
Nicole has a Broadcast Communications diploma from the British Columbia Institute of Technology, a Bachelor of Arts degree in History (with distinction) from Vancouver Island University, and a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Victoria. During law school, Nicole was recognized for her skill in client-counselling, and she represented Canada in international competitions. Nicole was called to the Bar of British Columbia in May, 2009. Nicole is the Secretary-Treasurer of the Nanaimo County Bar Association and a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Trial Lawyers Association of British Columbia, and the Canadian Client Counselling Committee.
