 Richard N. Rhodes - Partner
Richard Rhodes practices in the areas of Business Law, Real Estate, and Estate Planning and Administration. In the area of Business Law, Richard handles matters relating to the formation of the business structure, reorganizations and ongoing operational and financing matters. Richard is experienced in all aspects of Real Estate Law and handles acquisitions, financings, subdivisions and sales. In the area of Estates, Richard advises upon and prepares simple and complex wills and trust documents and handles the administration of estates.
Richard possesses a Bachelor of Laws degree (University of British Columbia). He was called to the Bar of British Columbia in 1982, and has practiced law in Nanaimo since that time.
