 Stephen McPhee* - Partner
Stephen McPhee practices in the areas of civil litigation, family law, personal injury, insurance law and commercial litigation. He has had successful appearances in all levels of court in British Columbia - Provincial, Supreme and the Court of Appeal.
Stephen earned B.Comm and Bachelor of Laws degrees at the University of Stellenbosch, South Africa and was called to the Bar of South Africa in 1996. He was awarded his Canadian National Committee on Accreditation Certificate of Qualification in 2000 and was admitted to the British Columbia Bar in 2002. Stephen has sat on the Executive Committee of the BC branch of the Canadian Bar Association since 2005 and is actively involved in CBA committee and Provincial Council work. Stephen is also a member of the Trial lawyers Association of BC. He has a strong interest in alternate dispute resolution and has been the chair of the CBA Nanaimo ADR subsection since 2004.
